Church Well Collective

CW Collective exists to create space of brave relationship for helping professionals serving pastors, leaders, and churches.

What draws the CW Collective together is the recognition of the need for community for ourselves, the longing for health and wholeness in the Church, and the willingness to create and hold space for others that the Church may be well.

Each member of CW Collective works as a helping professional in some way (counselor, coach, spiritual director, etc.). As we see, hold, and care for others, it is vital for our own professional and personal sustainability that there is a community that is also able to do that for us.

The members of CW Collective are the guides for the Pastoral Care Groups. We recognize that it is imperative that we engage for ourselves the space and practices that we guide others into.

That is what we do. We meet monthly together to practice SLOWing down together, being attentive to where we are, what we are experiencing, and what God is guiding us into individually and together.
